I leave for Argentina tomorrow!!! I am freaking out and I am SOOOOO excited to meet my trainer and my mission President but I have no idea what to expect so the unknown is scary.   This week was so hard for me and my district we were all so over the CCM and it was so hard to concentrate because we are at the point in our spanish where we have been taught so much that every day is boring and reptitive that we all just want to be in the field actually doing the Lords work.  On Friday me and my district practiced our musical number for church and we sound so bad that I cant stop laughing.  we had the opportunity to teach latino missionaries and I was feeling so confident and sure in my self but my first group of missionaries was 4 Elders and one Elder was not very kind I was trying so hard to teach in Spanish and he kept interuprting telling me things what I was doing wrong and just not being helpful and kept trying to hand me his phone to Google translate and I was jus...

Thursday: Me and my two companions were called to be STLs and its really weird because we only have week left so it made no sense to call us but its also awesome because Hermana Millar does everything and I'm just there for the ride. The CCM president calls me and my companions the tremendos trio because apparently  everyone loves us and we are one of 3 trios I ran into two people I knew from Rexburg both were in my mission prep class the first semester and I felt bad because I didnt remember their names and I still don't.  Time for a funny story: Hermana Millar got her garments stolen but the strange thing was they were wet. So someone took her wet garments from the washing machine in the 10 minute time period we were gone. We looked everywhere for them and four hours later they showed up again. I am offically one month into my mission!! This week was very fun and just flew by  On thursday our teacher Hermana Carmona decided that we were to loud so she seperated us from our comapanions and gave us assigned seats. I now sit next to Elder Dickson and that was a bad move on her part because I laugh at everything and Elder Dickson is hilarious.  Friday: I have a new love of fruit loops I discovered this over dinner when the food wasn't that great so I decided to eat fruit loops and they are SO good I ate two mini bags and I had Hermana Millar smuggle some out for me. It is now a routine of ours and I now eat fruit loops before bed. I am addicted!! We also did another mock lesson and it wasn't bad. I understood enough to get by and although I didn't speak a ton I was actually able to form a few sentences she understood. Hola!!  I have had some major ups and downs these last few days  On saturday night we had our mock lesson and it went well for my companions but horrible for me I couldn't understand a thing and when I did understand something I couldn't formulate the words into a sentence to respond I was overwhlemed and close to tears by the end. I also had to take a language assesment I did so bad I was really frustraded, overwhelemd, tired, and it was so hard to keep from crying. It is so hard to be patient with the language but I am trying my best although at times it seems like it isnt enough. Later that night we locked ourselves out of our aparment for the second time that day so we had to walk with wet hair, no tags, wearing pijamas in a thunder and lightening storm to get the spare key. We got a really annoyed look from the reception lady because we were not dressed like missionaries and it was almost 10:30.  On sunday we had fast sunday and fasting for 24 hours is hard so that b...

Hola everybody  I am finally in México and wow what a week. I got to México and guess what my companion Hermana Woodson couldn't come because something was wrong with her passport so she is now in the Provo I am so sad. But I am now in a trio with Hermana Millar and Hermana Eppley. They are so fun and really good at Spanish so they have helped me a ton.  The first night here was a little rough because since my companion couldn't make it I had to spend the night alone and it was tough but I got through it. The next day I was able to get my room assignment fixed so now all three of us ( me, Hermana Millar and Hermana Eppley ) are all in the same room and its a lot of fun. It is so hot here but on Thursday and Friday we had thunder and lightning storms it was really cool. People were right when they said the food here is bad.
