Week 74: Week Of Vacation… We Thought

There is a sticker of me floating around the group chats of the mission and I am not pleased... ok its actually funny and i have an idea of who made it but the fact that it ended up on the group chat of the entire mission embarrassed me. 

Wednesday-Thursday 
We had to wake up at 2:30 in the morning to catch a bus at 3:30 to travel to tucuman it wad a 5 hour bus ride and luckly i was able to sleep through the whole ride when we got to tucuman we went to the mission office and the elders took hermana Ballam to do her visa stuff and I stayed in the office and chilled with another sister and the office elders it was super fun they gave me a cinnamon roll ( first one ive eaten in a while ) When hermana Ballam got back we were assigned to work in the area tucuman centro for the day with another hermana it was super fun hermana Von Niehderhsen is a hoot and has no filter. When we were walking home for the night i mentioned that my throat hurt and she goes "its probably because you havent shut up all afternoon" and it just made me laugh because she didnt say it in a mean way it was just funny. The next day i got to go with Hermana Ballam to migraciones where i chilled with elder Cooper and Elder Falcón were they roasted me for me raspy voice ( i am still sick ) but it was super fun because they bought me facturas ( like about 30 of them ) and we passed a good 5 hours together with some fun tópics of conversation. At around 4:30 me and Hermana Ballam caught our bus to travel home to catamarca here is what happened on this lovely bus ride: 
Ok so i am sick and getting over a cold and every once in a while i have to cough and so on the bus ride i was coughing but not a lot and every once in a while i saw a hand shoot up and spray hand sanitizer in my face and when we finally got home this lady stands up turns around and starts yelling at me for being disrespectful and starts yelling at me about the 2 great commandments it was actually super funny because in moments like these i just play dumb and say things in english so that they stop jajaja. Also this bus stopped every 10 flippin minutes and they didnt even play a movie so that was lame. Also some homeless man jumped on and sat on the floor next to us and then some army guy came on and scanned everyones ticket and when he saw the homeless man he just walked away. we got home at around 9:30 it was a long day. 

Friday we worked in our area and put a girl named Tiziana on date for baptism she was soneone who was taught in the past and now has a baptism date so that was exciting 

Saturday was just a normal work day nothing super exciting happened it was just normal.

Whatttttttt i cant believe I am at 17 months ! Monday we did a district Pday in the Mountains. It sounds all nice and dandy but it wasnt. The ride up was twisty and we were in this old bus that tilted off the side of the cliff everytime we turned. We saw a 100 foot tall virgin statue and then a few yards away this minsicule jesus statue that you had to squint to see ( argentinas sure got her priorities straight here ) It was over 100 degrees and dusty. We hiked and ate asado which was the best part. I felt like angelia in the office when I said the music was too loud. On my behalf we couldnt hear eaxh other and had to ScReAm to speak.  Anways we ended up getting stuck in the Mountain because we missed the bus twice but it was fine because we ended up playing Catan i was partnered with elder Heredia and we won. and we drank mate you know theres nothing like sharing the same drink and straw between 8 missionaries as a bonding exercise. we love a good mateada. Week 77: Trio Life…Again

Tuesday: we had a good day we picked up the Hermana Osmond from the terminal and got everything organized and we went to work we put 3 people on date for baptism so awesome and we have just been having a blast together. I am back to sleeping on the floor. With three of us sharing a room theres not enough beds so I am on the floor but I offered.  It will make me appreciate my bed at home all the more.  so right now i am kinda training not training both hermana Osmond and Hermana Ballam have just gotten out of their training and i am here to see how they will do on their own without me president literally called me personally and told me i am a glorified babysitter for the next 3 weeks itll be fun they are awesome i have enjoyed it so far . Wednesday: we put Samuel back on date for baptism so that was awesome!! For lunch we ate with a member and they pulled voka out of the fridge and poured me a glass best water ever. Week 22: A Cruel Joke And Lautaros Baptism!!!!!!!

Muy buenos dias bienvenidos a una otra semana!  Bueno this week was good on Monday me and Hermana Braatz wondered into a Catholic Mass where we got really wierd looks. It was a very peaceful experience we also saw some one get shushed by a priest and it was really funny we had to leave before we laughed to loud.  Thursday: our district leaders played a CRUEL joke on us. In the afternoon we waited patiently to recieve a call saying the Lautaro passed his baptism interview and at 4:30 or so we recieved a text from the Elders saying that they needed to talk to us about Lautaro because he failed his interview. We freaked out trying to call them sent texts and they werent responding so we trecked the 40 minute walk to Lautaros house and knocked on his door determined to find out what happened his sister answered and said that he had left because he failed the interview and we asked about what had happened and she told us that he couldnt answer some of the questions  because we...
