Week 73: Zone Conference

On tuesday we had zone conference and it was amazing. We had a really good lesson given by presidente hermosilla he talked about obedience and being worthy. Then we had our zone leaders talk about how to open our mouths and speak with confidence and how to get people to let us into their houses and it was funny. Then we had the APs give a literal 3 hour training about how to do proper attendence plans with our friends to get them to church it took so long because they would call a companionship to do a demostration and we would all critique it and they would have to do it all over again. It was super awesome and helpful but long. Then hermana Hermosilla gave her talk and it was super cute and she was just really sweet. Then presidente Hermosilla bajó la caña with all of us for desobedience issues i like to think i am obediente but he made me think that I was breaking all the rules. But it was the most loving, most powerful bajó de la caña ever given. We ate really good empanadas and me and hna Ballam became besties with elder Craner and Stirland they were super funny ( see picture below ) 

Wednesday-Sunday: i got a double ear infection yes I was miserable and then I got a cold from it so I lost my voice and couldnt hear anything and i had a pounding head ache. We still had to go out and work and because Hermana Ballam still doesnt know spanish I still had to talk ( i sounded like a man with a 100 year old smoking problem )  and I was not a happy camper at all I swear I died. Alsl it was cold and windy this week so I was just all over the place. I still have a cold and ear infections but its not horrible and my voice has come back.

We found no one this week literally no one its argentina sonwhen its cold and windy with rain everyone stays in bed so no one was out working, no one on the streets and no one answered the door. We had one of those weeks. 

Miracle: 

Our bestie Samuel came to church and he loved it. He participated in the sunday school class and loved the testimony meeting in sacrament it was super sweet. He connected really quickly with the members too so we are super excited for him.

Week 76: 17 Months, Hotter Than Mars And ITS SPRING!!!

Whatttttttt i cant believe I am at 17 months ! Monday we did a district Pday in the Mountains. It sounds all nice and dandy but it wasnt. The ride up was twisty and we were in this old bus that tilted off the side of the cliff everytime we turned. We saw a 100 foot tall virgin statue and then a few yards away this minsicule jesus statue that you had to squint to see ( argentinas sure got her priorities straight here ) It was over 100 degrees and dusty. We hiked and ate asado which was the best part. I felt like angelia in the office when I said the music was too loud. On my behalf we couldnt hear eaxh other and had to ScReAm to speak.  Anways we ended up getting stuck in the Mountain because we missed the bus twice but it was fine because we ended up playing Catan i was partnered with elder Heredia and we won. and we drank mate you know theres nothing like sharing the same drink and straw between 8 missionaries as a bonding exercise. we love a good mateada. Week 77: Trio Life…Again

Tuesday: we had a good day we picked up the Hermana Osmond from the terminal and got everything organized and we went to work we put 3 people on date for baptism so awesome and we have just been having a blast together. I am back to sleeping on the floor. With three of us sharing a room theres not enough beds so I am on the floor but I offered.  It will make me appreciate my bed at home all the more.  so right now i am kinda training not training both hermana Osmond and Hermana Ballam have just gotten out of their training and i am here to see how they will do on their own without me president literally called me personally and told me i am a glorified babysitter for the next 3 weeks itll be fun they are awesome i have enjoyed it so far . Wednesday: we put Samuel back on date for baptism so that was awesome!! For lunch we ate with a member and they pulled voka out of the fridge and poured me a glass best water ever. Week 22: A Cruel Joke And Lautaros Baptism!!!!!!!

Muy buenos dias bienvenidos a una otra semana!  Bueno this week was good on Monday me and Hermana Braatz wondered into a Catholic Mass where we got really wierd looks. It was a very peaceful experience we also saw some one get shushed by a priest and it was really funny we had to leave before we laughed to loud.  Thursday: our district leaders played a CRUEL joke on us. In the afternoon we waited patiently to recieve a call saying the Lautaro passed his baptism interview and at 4:30 or so we recieved a text from the Elders saying that they needed to talk to us about Lautaro because he failed his interview. We freaked out trying to call them sent texts and they werent responding so we trecked the 40 minute walk to Lautaros house and knocked on his door determined to find out what happened his sister answered and said that he had left because he failed the interview and we asked about what had happened and she told us that he couldnt answer some of the questions  because we...
