Week 64: GOODBYE LA M.A.S HELLO LA M.A.T
Well another week has come and gone!
This week our mission finally split and the mission Tucuman was created. It was kind of wierd because on tuesday our new mission president hadnt arrived and our old mission president literally kicked us out of his mission so we went without a leader for a few days so that was fun. But it was kind of like a knife in the heart because our mission president literally was like " your not apart of the salta mission anymore but your baptisms this week are" so we were all kind of mad at him but its fine because now President Hermosilla is here and we are all happy!!! We have zone conference this week to meet him and we are super excited!!!
I am offically apart of the Tucuman mission so VAMOS LA M.A.T!!!! I am so excited to be apart of opening a new mission and i am just super excited!!!! If i havent expressed how excited i am I AM SO FLIPPIN EXCITED!!!
Branch saving update:
Ok so its not going too well jajaja last week we had a good turn out of people in the sacrament reunión but this week it plumpited and was just SO discourging. We are working so hard and its been a kick in the butt to say the least. But we found a guy named Lucas who was taught in the past ( we walked past him one day on the street and he yelled in english ) se we met with him and put him on date for baptism so that was something. He didnt come to church, but he has one more chance so we are not loosing hope. Like i said before the miracles will come and we are not giving up. We also found a family. The Familia Lamm i dont want to get to excited but they are super cool and we have a lot of hope and faith in them so keep them in your prayers!
Lots of discourgament and oposition like always but we havent given up. Although its been super hard and trying i know god is trying to teach me something i just havent figured out what it is yet. But love my tiny branch the next two weeks are going to be super stressful because we have 2 more weeks left to get the church attendence up but we are praying that since we have a new mission president he will keep the area and branch open but we can only pray.
A little bright spot in my sorta good week was:
MY NIECE WAS BORN!!! ( shout out to aylsse, way to go!! cant wait to meet her!! )
Los amo a todos!!!
