Week 58: 13 Months!!!!

Buen día!! Como están? This week was a lot calmer than last week. Its a short email because nothing happened. We finally have the money to travel back and forth to our area with ease and i met every member ( its not hard theres only 3 jajaj ). 


For the first time in my mission i street contacted. Yes the first time EVER. we have recieved permision to break the rules of the mission because in our area there are only about 3 members that live in our area so in order to find new people we have to start street contacting. Its super fun i really enjoyed it and its easy jaja you just have to follow the spirit to know who to talk to and we were only rejected once and wow we found people who gave us their number without us even asking. None of them came to church so now i understand why we dont do it, what a waste jajajaja.


We put one of the new guys ( miguel ) we found on the street on date for baptism and he accepted. He didnt come to church but he has two more chances so pray for Miguel!!!! 


We got permision from the parents of jojo to teach her 


Friday we celebrated Hermana Celibirti's birthday and ate cake and they bought me icecream later because i hit 13 months so that was super sweet. 


On saturday we put on an activity for the youth and it was so fun i was laughing my head off but it was like herding cats because they were all so wild and wouldnt stay still. We played this animal game and a convert named Franco videoed me until i made a dumb gorilla sound and them laughed his head off ( see video below )

Week 76: 17 Months, Hotter Than Mars And ITS SPRING!!!

Whatttttttt i cant believe I am at 17 months ! Monday we did a district Pday in the Mountains. It sounds all nice and dandy but it wasnt. The ride up was twisty and we were in this old bus that tilted off the side of the cliff everytime we turned. We saw a 100 foot tall virgin statue and then a few yards away this minsicule jesus statue that you had to squint to see ( argentinas sure got her priorities straight here ) It was over 100 degrees and dusty. We hiked and ate asado which was the best part. I felt like angelia in the office when I said the music was too loud. On my behalf we couldnt hear eaxh other and had to ScReAm to speak.  Anways we ended up getting stuck in the Mountain because we missed the bus twice but it was fine because we ended up playing Catan i was partnered with elder Heredia and we won. and we drank mate you know theres nothing like sharing the same drink and straw between 8 missionaries as a bonding exercise. we love a good mateada. Week 77: Trio Life…Again

Tuesday: we had a good day we picked up the Hermana Osmond from the terminal and got everything organized and we went to work we put 3 people on date for baptism so awesome and we have just been having a blast together. I am back to sleeping on the floor. With three of us sharing a room theres not enough beds so I am on the floor but I offered.  It will make me appreciate my bed at home all the more.  so right now i am kinda training not training both hermana Osmond and Hermana Ballam have just gotten out of their training and i am here to see how they will do on their own without me president literally called me personally and told me i am a glorified babysitter for the next 3 weeks itll be fun they are awesome i have enjoyed it so far . Wednesday: we put Samuel back on date for baptism so that was awesome!! For lunch we ate with a member and they pulled voka out of the fridge and poured me a glass best water ever. Week 22: A Cruel Joke And Lautaros Baptism!!!!!!!

Muy buenos dias bienvenidos a una otra semana!  Bueno this week was good on Monday me and Hermana Braatz wondered into a Catholic Mass where we got really wierd looks. It was a very peaceful experience we also saw some one get shushed by a priest and it was really funny we had to leave before we laughed to loud.  Thursday: our district leaders played a CRUEL joke on us. In the afternoon we waited patiently to recieve a call saying the Lautaro passed his baptism interview and at 4:30 or so we recieved a text from the Elders saying that they needed to talk to us about Lautaro because he failed his interview. We freaked out trying to call them sent texts and they werent responding so we trecked the 40 minute walk to Lautaros house and knocked on his door determined to find out what happened his sister answered and said that he had left because he failed the interview and we asked about what had happened and she told us that he couldnt answer some of the questions  because we...
